Job Description :-
Set up grinding machines by installing and adjusting grinding wheels, fixtures and other attachements according to blueprint specifications.
Set Up the SI6 ID Grinding machines to grind internal cylindrical surface of workpieces, maintaining tight tolerances and surface finishes.
Good Knowledge of internal and OD Grinding wheel specifications.
Sound knowledge of selection of grinding wheel for soft and hard material.
Hands on experience of universal internal grinding machines SI, WMW, SI4, WMW, Parishudh OD grinding, HMT OD grinding machine.
Required Skills: Experience in ID Grinding Machines. Hands on experience in ID Grinding. CNC Grinding.
